@slateblue Everyday I’m searching for these kind of posts. Thank you !
I adopted my fur baby at 7 months, and she is an absolute nightmare once her puppy biting urges take over. I can’t touch, talk to her, or practically look at her, or she gets SO overly excited that all she wants to do is chew me to death. She’s on my shoes, and my ankles all day everyday. Any attempts at deterring her naughty behavior whether she’s chewing on me or the furniture only seems to make her more intent on the biting. She had tons of toys and only wants to chew on me. It’s so frustrating because I know she just wants to play, but I can’t because of the biting. It’s been two weeks and I feel like I can’t even enjoy her. I can’t take her outside either freely to exert herself and that energy because she also just wants to eat literally everything on the floor, leaves, sticks, rocks, garbage, and her own poop…
How and when will I start being able to enjoy my fur baby..
She’s almost 1 year, will she just outgrow it all ?
I’m so overwhelmed because I got her at 7 months, and she’s so behind on training and feel like I’m way in over my head.
