Dog gets extreme anxiety with grooming

@vulcanlogician I’m in Mississippi but what city are you in or close to? I’ll ask in a grooming group. I would recommend seeing is it the actual water coming out she doesn’t like? Try filling a bath tub and sitting her in it and use a cup or something to put water on her. Maybe it’s the direct contact she doesn’t like? Definitely waterless shampoo for now.

@myers That’s so nice of you! I’m a little north of Detroit.
I think it’s water itself. They don’t have bathtub in pet smart, they have washing stations on the floor. In the self wash, it’s a bath tub kind of system.
I’m gonna do wash cloth technique as another redditor suggested.
