@ringstar She's 46 pounds her length is about 22 inches but I'm not sure on her height.

@jewe6l0187 Certainly possibly (or even likely), even though wisdom panel isn't 100% accurate. I assume she's an older girl? Probably looked more like pure foxhound when she was younger and the red color was darker.

@denisovic Yes, she's going to be 5 in March I adopted her this past summer so it may have been brighter in her younger years.

@jewe6l0187 Do you live in a state with a lot of hunters? I do; I know that the hunters breed their hunting dogs and if a dog has poor hunting instinct or gets too old to keep up with the pack it goes straight to the shelter. It's a really sad state of affairs here.

@hannah97 Yup I live in a hunting state. They are always hounds in the shelters but I think most of them just escape... Every week I see lost dog posts for beagle mixes that have escaped from home

@jewe6l0187 Wow, after seeing your dog I am now wondering if Foxhound is the other half of what my lab is mixed with. She's got lab coloring but her face has always been shaped differently than purebred labs. She's also on the small side for labs (approx. 45 lbs at 7 months)

Here she is, what do you think?
