@ehveesmom Yeah, kiddos LOVE them and we specifically got a basket with a lid so our dog can’t get to them. For some reason they just don’t close it and leave it open on the counter. Might have to stop buying grapes altogether.
My Penny is doing just fine. No symptoms. Vomiting was induced and her vitals are great.
@marissa90 Well wishes for your pup. I didn’t realize until earlier this year when my niece asked if she could give one of my dogs a grape that they were toxic to dogs. They have since been banned from my house. I like grapes as much as the next person but it is too easy to drop one and have it roll out of sight for me but easy for the dog to find.
@marissa90 Tip, if your dog ingests something they're not supposed to, and as long as it's not something that can cause damage coming back up (sharp objects, bones, etc), give your dog 1ml/pound of bodyweight 3% hydrogen peroxide solution to induce vomiting.
