@scott_s Lost my ol’ man Otto to start the year off. You did the right thing creating the best possible scenario to give her peace in her passing. I hope you find solace. It’s never easy, but their love is worth the heartbreak.
@scott_s She was well taken care of. We hav Laps of Love in our area and have used them for 2 dogs and a cat at our home. Best for everyone. Sorry for your loss
@scott_s what a happy and beautiful lady, I am so sorry OP. You can see all the years of love and happiness you both gave each other in her face.
She’s always with you, just a little farther now. And the next time you see her- she will be as beautiful and healthy as ever! And she can wait to show you all her sniffs and stones and sticks. But she wants you to still enjoy your adventures too, so pls try not to be too sad for too long.
@scott_s If there's an afterlife I want to be pounced upon by all the dogs, and other pets, I've had throughout my life.
I'd cry tears of joy for weeks.
