[Breeds] Is this a Papillon?

Not sure what breed this dog is, but it looks like a papillion. Can someone confirm this, or if its another breed can you tell me what kind it is. Thanks

@ritab It doesn't look like. Too fluffy, ears are too small and lack the distinctive feathering that papillon have.

I'd guess it's a black and white Pomeranian? I'm not sure if they come in that color though honestly (doesn't mean it could be a mix or non standard color) or some other small spitz breed.

@irenevictoria Yeah, my mom has a black & white Pomeranian and he looks just like this. I didn't know they were ever that color either!

@ritab This is 100% a parti color German Spitz, I see them pretty often and he looks just like one and black and white markings aren't at all that rare in the breed. I'd go with it being a Mittel, they have a more foxy look while the Klein look a tiny bit more like Pomeranians since they are a bit smaller.

@ritab I'm going to go with a papillon/Pomeranian cross. Papillons come single or double coated, but in double coated papillons the undercoat is different - longer, less fluffy. Pomeranians are always double coated, and have a shorter, denser undercoat. However, the pattern of the markings is super common in papillons and very rare in Pomeranians.
