I got a question, I got 3 puppies, all 7 M.O, all show line

And they seem much smaller then the ones here, I make sure I feed them a lot, they exercise, I play with them and take them on trips, yet they are all very small, the biggest one feels like 15 kg, why is that? Their parents are 90 and 110 pounds respectivly
The tiniest has dwarfism (diagnosed) but the others are weird
Anyone with experience with that?
