@legend28 This gives me hope! I got my first rescue dog recently. Also a small dog from a hoarder situation. She is still very shy and we can't pet her yet. I can tell she wants to be pet, she's just not ready yet. Congratulations on your progress!

@peacerespect It can take weeks, if not months. They're so scared when you first get them. They've lost the entire world that they knew and it takes time for realize what I good thing that is. Go her pace, keep inviting her to interact and give her treats, and you'll get there
