My puppy, Finn, is about 3 months old. This past week he started having a really stuffy nose and sneezing a lot. As of about the last 24ish hours he won’t eat anything. Nothing. Not even a treat. And he hasn’t made any sounds. He’s going potty and stuff normally. He’s been eating a LOT of things around the house no matter how hard we try- last night he was eating a wooden chair. He will also eat our two cats poop. We’re fostering to adopt him from the local shelter- he’s too young for his shots or neuter right now so he doesn’t have any of that. We took him back to the vet at the shelter today and she just gave us an antibiotic and said he probably just has a respiratory infection. He still won’t even open his mouth for food or water so I can’t give him the medicine. Any advice?
