Leaving puppy alone after spay surgery

My 6 month old polish lowland sheepdog had her spay surgery on Thursday. Her dad watched her on Friday, and I'll be home to watch her until (and including) Tuesday, which brings us to day 5.

She hasn't been super interested in licking her incision site, but the vet suited her with a soft e collar so she could get at it's if she really wanted to.

Question time: will she be healed enough by Wednesday to be left alone? Or do I need to arrange for someone to watch her? What have you done?

Thank you!

EDIT: she has internal sutures.

@tehhelp The stitches usually don't start itching until day 5-7, so the dog would be without supervision during the time when she could become irritated by the stitches and start licking or biting them.

If the collar you were given doesn't prevent the dog from reaching the wound, I would suggest having someone watch her or obtaining a different ecollar.
