We can’t find any fleas on her and she’s had a recent bath at PetSmart. They also confirmed that no fleas were found in the tub afterwards. But she’ll continually use her back legs to scratch her tummy. But she doesn’t scratch her back or sides or use her mouth to access her lower tummy. It seems to be a very specific spot but we don’t see any sort of rash. But if she keeps scratching, she may start breaking skin or causing inflammation. Just wondering what advice there may be.
She’s a middle sized dog, total mutt no one can agree on what she’s mixed with, little overweight but we’re working on it. About 7-8 years old, eats wet/dry mix for both meals to help with her stool. No active medications aside from her scheduled shots and such.
