Transitioning between flavours

Thinking of changing up my dog's flavours for Purina Pro Plan since shes a picky eater.

Has anyone had issues switching flavours without slowly transitioning? (e.g. going from salmon to chicken). I assume for formulation is generally similar. Also, has anyone tried feeding different flavours on alternating days? Wondering how well they would adjust to something like that.

@maguse If your dog has a sensitive stomach you should really try to switch slowly between different formulas regardless of brand. Alternating everyday will work fine for some dogs and really not well for others. One other thing to consider is how long you're keeping open bags around if you have two open ones.

Different flavors can have vastly different formulations that can cause GI upset so this is a "know your dog" kind of thing.
