Shernbao vs Metro vac dryer?

After getting some good advice on here (thanks!) for how to deal with my pomsky blowing his coat, i decided i'd 'rig' my pool line blower with a different hose and nozzle to blow out his under coat and i can't believe how good it came out. it was snowing fur in my back yard and for the first time in weeks i'm not constantly seeing undercoat shooting up through his top coat even after brushing. i'm sure i could get by doing this but the pool line blower starts to get a little too warm after its been on for that long and i'd rather save it for its designated purpose. That being said, i would like to get a dedicated blower/dryer for this purpose. (i know the k9 is the most liked on here but i don't want to spend over 300 on one of these, plus i want a variable speed model and those are over 4-500). I am between two models:

Metro Vac air force blaster variable speed:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007CZ6DM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AJT3OGJQVI1X8&psc=1

Pros: I've seen videos of people using this to blow undercoats out of double coated dogs and it definitely will do the job. significantly more CFM (230 vs 180).

Cons: No heating, more expensive (but from what I've read this is actually a good thing). Less peak HP (but from my understanding this is less significant than CFM)

Shernbao super cyclone:

https://www.amazon.com/shernbao-Vel...1&keywords=shernbao+vac&qid=1591575461&sr=8-2

Pros: Less expensive. More Peak HP (but see note above). has heating element.

Cons: Less CFM (180 vs 230, big difference). supposedly heating is bad/dangerous.

I will definitely be doing this 'coat blowing' stuff outside so i could see maybe the heating might be nice in fall when he'll blow his coat again and also just help dry his coat faster after bathing. However, the primary purpose of this is for blowing out his undercoat in terms of shedding, the fact that it is also a dryer is nice but not really the main purpose.

If anyone has either of these or simply has some insight as to which i should choose, or perhaps a better variable speed alternative in the 180-250 dollar price range i'd appreciate it.

EDIT:

I've found some other options that seem like they are worth looking into as well:

Flying Pig one plus digital:

flying pig one:

Thanks!

TLDR: I want the best dryer/blower in the 175-250 range that i can do this with.

@jesusreigns4ever I use the shernbao daily. Its the one without the heat setting though and it heats up pretty good. Its powerful and good enough to dry newfies and any other thick coated dog. I've also heard good things about the flying pig dryers.

@rorypond interesting, now i'm seeing another figure FPM... and i realize that the shernbao actually has 61k FPM whereas the flying pig and the metro are both mid-high 20k FPM. It seems like this would be pretty important in terms of really focusing the air in tight areas to blow out the undercoat. Do you/have you ever used this to de shed a double coated dog? the specs on these are actually most similar to the K9 models vs the others I've mentioned here

@rorypond haha excellent. it was so satisfying to do with what i had yesterday.

It seems to have less CFM than the other models in the price range (metro air blaster, flying pig) but claims higher velocity (i guess the nozzle or hose is smaller?) Interestingly enough the k9 III actually has lower CFM than any of these but has the highest air speed. Do you find you ever actually need the heat function?

@jesusreigns4ever We dont have the heat function on any of the HV dryers at my work. The shernbao I use doesnt have it, but it heats up after a while. My arm will get red if the tube sits on it for too long.
