we have been here for 3 years, but have worked at other groomers for a total of about 8 years now... in this whole time up to end 2018 about 3 or 4 dogs had pasted away. But 2019, we have lost about 6 and they are all regulars. its very upsetting! We even had to put our own dog down this year! This morning got a call from the owner of this lovely sweet xbreed, Oliver, saying he had lost the use of his legs and his quality of life was so low he has been put to sleep (he was an old dog). Unlike other jobs I have had where nameless customer come and go buying items from a shop, we love all the doggos and it really hits us when they pass. One part of the job i was not expecting.

it must be so hard to lose such dear pets that you come to love. Just know that you gave them a great grooming experience and helped make their lives a little bit nicer while they were here.
