My dog (Dutch shepherd mix female 9y/o)
has formed gallbladder sludge along with chicken allergies. We have her hill science low fat I/D however we just realized she had a chicken allergy. The food is not working for her. Has anyone else found a good hypoallergenic food that is also low fat? Really need some suggestions. My vet said we can change to rabbit or fish or lamb and see how she does but we are still trying to find one with low fat.
Any suggestions are welcomed.

@hokalee If your dog has a true chicken allergy then you’re going to need a prescription hydrolized protein diet as all retail diets have cross contamination

Hills z/d is both hydrolized and low fat, so is Purina HA
