My dog killed a stray cat

well i have a himalayan sheepdog, he is 10 months old but he has been acting very violently and aggressively since the day i brought him. he has bit 2 people till now. even when i'm playing w him like running around and stuff he would come aggressively and just bite my feet very aggressively. a stray cat came to my lawn today, my dog went after her and killed the cat. how do i change my dog's behaviour and calm him down because things can get way worse if his behaviour doesn't change. any help will be appreciated.

@dpessing How much experience do you have with large aggressive dog breeds? If the answer isn't lots, you are in deep shit.
