Help! My dog ate a whole bag of cheese

My 80 pound 4 year old black lab just ate a whole half pound of American cheese by my cat knocking it off the counter. He eats a lot of crap and usually throws it up, but he is fine, just napping. Is he gonna be okay and what should I do?

Didn't eat the wrapper I hope? That would be a lot more cause for concern.

@elaineb97 My family vet's response after my childhood lab got his paws on anything including but not limited to: a frozen leg of lamb, turkey casserole, and box of liquor filled chocolates.

@omnifam my black lab ate a whole (costco) bag of chocolate almonds. had explosive diarrhea once. that is the worst thing we ever experienced with ailments when it came to her eating things. he will be just fine
