Dog attacks cat

In my house I have a dog and two cats. The dog is limited to the first floor but the cats can go on both floors. The dog is completely fine with one of cats and doesn’t bother her, but he is relentless around the other cat. If he sees the cat, he will start barking and chasing him, once he even tried to bite the cat. What can I do to stop this? P.s. the dog is a black Labrador
