Best Budget bulk dog food

Hey everyone, I'm currently feeding my boys (E 4 year old pit mix) and (N 3 year old Jack Russle Mix) Pedigree food since it seemed the best when I got E, but it seems to be causing them some gas and I'm wondering if there's any good alternatives.
I'm hoping for something that I can buy a big bag of (30-50lbs) for a decent price. It's about $30 for a 44lb bag of Pedigree.
I am concerned for gut, fur and skin health so if it's a bit more pricy I am willing to pay it, but I would like a more bulk bag.
I have tried Blue Buffalo and while it seemed great for them it was a bit too expensive to keep paying for that small of a bag.

@blessedyforgiven Dog Chow, Iams and Purina ONE are all really good budget science-backed options.

@sevilodorf Second this, though Purina ONE is not the best savings option. If money is a serious concern don't hesitate to go with Purina Dog Chow.
