9 year old Lhasa Apso with forelimb bend

Hi guys,
My Lhasa Apso is 9 years old as of now.
Since the past 1 year he has developed a bend in the left front leg and I feel it has been getting worse with time.
He used to be the most energetic dog, jumping off couches, chasing squirrels, playing fetch for hours and what not.
The leg has a clearly visible bend and seems to crackle and is painful for him when touched or even held.
I've consulted so many doctors, they say it's not arthritis but a bend in the bone/ligament.
We have been feeding him BONHANS medicine for joint pain, and his feed is specially made for Joint support as well.
Please help diagnosing the actual issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I have added some pictures and videos of him walking, along with x-rays.

@bchamp Why do you think a group of random redditors can give a better answer than multiple trained vets? Why don’t you believe their diagnosis?

@yuli I am actually not getting any good diagnosis, no solution to it.
That's why posting here to see if someone has had a similar case and can provide any suggestions that may even help my child by the tiniest bit :)

Thank you so much for your insights.
The vet put a proper tied up splint on his leg. We'll open it in 10 days and see the progress.
