Dear Redditors of Dog Care, after a little bit of research I have recently found out that my dog is compulsively licking her front right paw because of a pH imbalance causing her to get a yeast infection. The solution to this (as many might already know) is to change the diet of my dog, usually switching to making homemade food. The problem however, is that I need a supplement called dinovite, a supplement. The problem though, is that I moved internationally to Egypt, where food and supplements for animals aren't so abundant or even existing at all. Any suggestions for substitutes or alternatives?
