What is this tiny growth on my dog's leg?

I have an 8 year old Bichon Frise. I found a tiny growth on his leg. I took a closeup picture so it looks really big but in actuality it's the size of a medium sized skin tag but it's firm and I can feel it under his fur. I created this account just to ask this question bc I'm concerned. I'm taking him to the vet Saturday but would like your opinion. Please see URL picture

@kristhuy This is just a skin tag. My dog is 11 now. He started getting a ton of these with age. Don’t fret this is normal.
