@davida50 I actually don't see any GSD or husky in him. He looks like your run of the mill mutt- nothing wrong with that! Erect ears (which I'm assuming pinned him as a GSD for you) and ice blue eye (which I'm assuming led you to believe husky) could come from any number of breeds way back in his lineage. You should get a Wisdom Panel test done, though. I'm super curious!
You are correct. I assumed gsd because of the ears and color of his coat. Husky due to the Heterochromia as well as where he came from, also he can be very vocal and stubborn when we wants to be.
Louie was found wandering the Alaskan highway by a co worker of mine. He was only 6.5 pounds when he was found but now is around 75. Guessing he is around 16 months now.
