Hello!
My large/giant breed puppy (87.2lbs at 9mo [Dobie/Lab/Mastiff]) has been eating Kirkland Salmon and Sweet Potato dog food since he’s been about 4mo old. We purchase this due to budget with the amount he eats.
Recently he just decided he will eat when he wants.. I assume boredom with his food, so somebody suggested Acana Pork and Squash - we mixed 1:4 cup with his Kirkland Salmon and SP and he eats every last bite..
Now I’m considering switching/rotating his food…
Problem is: Acana only goes to a 23.5lb bag and it’s $90+. Can’t do that - also need “all life stages” food, including 70+ as an adult.
Some foods I’m considering that I’d like to know if anybody has experience with:
Purina One
Horizon Taiga

TLDR: anybody have experience with Purina One or Horizon Taiga for their large/giant breed?
