Sister brought home a Street dog we are adopting it, help me with the procedures

So my Sister today went to visit her friends and there she saw a cute lil dog and brought her home, now our family has decided to adopt the guy
But I don't know what to do next, below mentioned are few of my doubts if someone can help, thanks

1. What are the procedures now, I'm taking it to the vet tomorrow, what injections / treatment are required to be done and how much should it cost.
2. When will be neutering required and how much should that cost as well.
3. Should the family members be required to get any treatment / injection, etc
4. Any other does and don't about dogs
