Today my 29 week old puppy had surgery to remove her upper milk canines since they were g wiggly at all and her adult ones had come out.
They gave me her teeth back and tell me why are they SO LONG. The root is massive, no wonder they didn't fall off on their own xD
I'm amazed a 3,5kg Maltese could have these roots
