Breed: Siberian Husky, 8 years old. 80 pounds. Male, neutered

He has had a weird rash that started on his lips and it cured. He had allergies on his eyes and a rash around his eyes/forehead. His eyes were cured with NeoPoly-Dex Oph Susp Drops 5m but the forehead rash continued. He now takes Apoquel 16mg tablets. We tried Simplicef 200mg tablets which slightly made it worse on the forehead. We are testing for ringworm.

Right now I am trying: Animax Ointment 15mL

The next step is a biopsy.

All the Vet has recommended:Simplicef 200mg tablets (slightly made it worse)Apoquel 16mg tabletsGentocin (GenOne) Spray 60mL (on a rash he got on the leg)He is on Simparica TRIO (44.1-88 lb)

The picture does not give him any justice, some days it looks worse and his forehead is all crusty.

@godfreyebot Dogs don't have races they have breeds. I don't have medical advice because that could be anything but I would get a second opinion from another vet if your current vet does not have a good answer. Hope you figure it out.
