Mini Vidas vs Idexx nmol/L progesterone results

Hi all. I recently had my dog tested twice for progesterone in preparation to breed. I've found some great resources online but can't seem to get anything concrete on which value I should use.

For instance, my recent result was:

Mini Vidas 10.4 nmol/L

Idexx Equivalent 5.4 nmol/L - below is the guide for IDEXX equivalent results:

General Interpretive Guidelines

Timing of ovulation

Serum progesterone concentrations in normal bitches:

* anoestrus, proestrus < 4 nmol/L

* LH peak 4 - 13 nmol/L

* Luteal phase >13 nmol/L

So would a timeline like this be referring to Mini Vidas or Idexx Equivalent?

@themusicgoeson Me personally if it’s in-house vs sent out to Idexx I would use the idexx values
