Help with pelvis X RAY

Hi redditers. I have a small dog, male, mixed breed (looks a bit like a short haired pomeranian), approximately 4 years old (we adopted him from the street 3 years ago), weighs 5.4kg. He is usually very active, runs a lot and is very fast. About 10 days ago he started limping and lifting his hind right leg. Since there was no recovery with a few days of meloxicam and rest, we took him to the vet where they took this X-ray. I dont know if his pelvis is rotated, but it would appear he has an old fracture on his left pelvis, or some kind of congenital anomaly. His limp persists after several days of NSAIDs and rest. This is the first time something like this has happened. There is no apparent loss of muscle mass on either of his hind legs.

Do you think the pelvis is rotated?

Thanks a lot in advance.
