[Help] Where to find Hill’s g/d canned dog food?

My 12 y/o dog has been using Hill's g/d canned food. He has heart valve issues and protein in his urine so he was on this as a low protein, low sodium geriatric diet. It is out of stock nationwide. Anyone find a good substitute or know where to get? Thank you very much in advance for any help!

@medli Royal Canin usually has comparable diets to Hill's - maybe one of their renal support diets would be a good fit? My dog eats a Royal Canin hydrolyzed protein diet right now, and one of the cats will be switching to the new hydrolyzed protein/renal support formula, and we've been very happy with the quality of the food.
