Help on removing seeds from a cocker spaniel coat

My little cocker spaniel ran through a bunch of scrub land today and came out covered in little seeds with two prongs (like these )

I've managed to brush about half of them out but the remaining ones are very difficult. I'm worried that she's starting to find this stressful.

Can anyone offer any tips for removing without stressing her out with constant brushing?

@byrightpaths Just do a little bit each day so she doesn’t get overwhelmed. If you have access to a velocity dryer (usually a place that offers a self washing area will have one), giving her a bath with lots of conditioner and blow drying her may help. However if you don’t have access to a dryer or she won’t put up with you using one on her, don’t give her a bath because allowing her to get wet and then air dry will make things a lot worse.

Poor thing probably had so much fun running through the woods and now she has to get groomed 😂.
