@dan5211983 I would bring her to the vet, yes. They could be anything. And if it’s nothing, at least your vet can give you some peace of mind.
EDIT: my dog had something similar and it turned out to be a bacterial infection that we treated topically with medicated soap and a spray. It went away after about 2 weeks of treatment.
