Hello everyone so my husband and I recently took my parents dog under our wing she’s a golden retriever and she’s about four years old. she tore her ACL back in the fall. She did have surgery to correct it but it’s been about three months and I’ve noticed that she’s still limping. My parents didn’t provide much information to go off of so I am just on here looking for advice on, rather if that’s normal or if I should take her back to the vet because of course I don’t want her to be in pain! Google said that it takes some time to heal but within 8-12 weeks she should be back to normal and she’s just not. Thanks!
