Tried twice to in 2 years to check out and I can't...Tried every promo code and of course none of them are valid- then it asks me to fill in missing fields in order to finalize the order- The only missing field is the promo code....CAN'T F-ING ORDER ANYTHING THERE!!! Its one of those sites that make you create an account- I normally wont do business with such sites, but I wasted 5 minutes doing it again....Had to because it said I already have an account from my failed attempt to order something 2 years ago..I'm an Airline Pilot, i'm not stupid, but Chewy.com's IT department is..F THEM!
@baxter006 I've been ordering through chewy for years. I've never once had this issue. Are you sure it's just the promo code they're asking you to fill in?
@raaven Yes.. I've been working on ordering dog food 24/7 for the last two years...Can't do it @ Chewey.com. Because thier websites sucks, just like thier prices and customer service
