Can dogs teeths break easily from chewing on dog chew rolls?

My puppy is 10 months, she is very tiny, the size of a chihuahua, ocasionally I give her dog chew rolls which she bites on for ca 1 hour, mainly trying to get the chicken pieces, but what worries me a bit is that sometimes it sounds so loud, as if she will break her teeths.. this is how the chew roll looks like
