My dog abby is 4 and she jumped off the bed last saturday and ever since she has been limping. It was getting better then has gotten progressively worse. The vet has her on vetprofen and gabapentin for the last week. Below was the result of her x rays

VET REPORTS: 8 radiographs of the thoracic limbs, pelvis, pelvic limbs dated January 10, 2024 are available for review.

THORACIC LIMBS: No abnormalities of the scapula identified. The shoulder joint margins are sharp without evidence of concave defects. Degenerative change of the shoulders is not identified. The medial coronoid processes are sharply demarcated. No abnormalities of the anconeal processes are identified. There is moderate mineralization associated with the soft tissues medial to the bilateral elbow joints. The soft tissues of the thoracic limbs are otherwise symmetric.

PELVIS/PELVIC LIMBS: No abnormalities of the sacroiliac joints are identified. The bilateral femoral heads are seated within their respective acetabulum. There is mild bilateral hip joint incongruity ; however, there is adequate coverage of the femoral heads by the acetabulum. There is minimal periarticular osteophytosis of the hips. The patellas are located within the femoral trochlea. Degenerative change of the stifles is not identified. The soft tissues of the pelvic limbs are symmetric
  1. Mild bilateral hip joint incongruity and osteoarthritis secondary to mild hip dysplasia.
  2. The mineralization medial to the bilateral elbow joints is likely representative of chronic dystrophic mineralization secondary to instability. This may be secondary to historical trauma or medial compartment disease/elbow dysplasia. CT examination may be considered for further evaluation.
RECOMMENDATIONS: If the patient's clinical signs persist despite rest and pain management, then consultation with an orthopedic specialist is recommended.

Pics of her x ray are below. Can anyone comfort me in reading this and determine how bad this is. I do have an orthoconsult but it is 5 weeks out.
