Advice/Recommendations for Digestion Sensitive Senior

• Body weight: 33 lbs

• History: Elevated liver enzymes (181 recent bloodwork in November 2023), on Denamarin Liver Health supplement, mast cell tumor surgery on August 2023 (full recovery), extreme sensitive skin, environmental allergies, on Cytopoint injections. Recent flaky lesions (prescribed topical spray to use 2x/week)

• Clinical signs: Inappropriate urination randomly, dry flaky lesions (does not itch or hurt to touch)
• Duration: Few weeks-month
• Your general location: Northern California

I genuinely want some recommendations on what food I can provide to him given his history. I understand it may be trial and error but I really want some advice… I’ve tried Purina Pro Plan, Nature’s Logic, but the vet had mentioned that the amount of protein may be a lot for him. I have him on half wet food (Just Food for Dogs Hepatic Support) and used Nature’s Logic Distinction Sardine (30% min guaranteed analysis) and the Purina Pro Plan Senior Sensitive Skin (29% min guaranteed analysis). I’ve done allergy tests and depends on the way chicken is processed in the past he’s gotten acid reflux so I’ve been very mindful of what he eats. I’ve also used hills prescription kidney care. Please help!! If you need more information, I’m happy to share!
