Acana doesn't deny that the small but sharp shards are bone fragments. Yet they do nothing to mention any change of practice. These shards are pointing out of at least one piece of kibble for every 1/4 cup of food. It sticks to my finger it's so sharp. See for yourself! After two years of feeding my dog Acana, I'm switching. Switching to Fromm's, but non the less, switching ASAP.
DM, as I have proof of their letter and shards, including some where the shards are sticking out of the kibble. RUN, don't walk, from this company. Do we blame the MARS acquisition? Maybe. It's only started to occur in the last two bags (with increasing occurrence).
