5 y/o terrier suddenly incontinent

I have a 5 y/o who has always been very well potty trained. She's used to staying in her crate all night without incident. I typically work from home, and she usually only needs to go out to the bathroom once or twice over the course of the day--and I often send her out without her "asking" to go. When I don't work, she's always made it through the day in her crate without incident. So accidents have been very very rare for her since she was a pup.

For the past 3 days, she poops in her crate every night and, when left in the crate, every day. It's not really runny, or a lot.

No diet change, no major changes in the household. What is going on? (I plan on taking her to the vet as soon as I can get her in....)

@shorty2u Overnight she’s with the last one to go to bed and the first to get up—so maybe 10:30pm to 5:00am. During the day we had her crated a little longer than we expected one day—about 8:00am to 2:00pm. But she’s had trouble even in shorter periods.
