4 month old always playful ( I know it’s a good thing )

I can walk my 4 month old doodle puppy for 4 months . I always feel he has energy to burn despite the walks and playing in the backyard . With work life I am on a average work schedule 9-5. How do you get your dog to exert energy , dog parks are out of the question because he is not that big . Do you have any advice ?

@diamondlil Do mental stimulation. Training, taking him out to new places and letting him sniff around, socialization, puzzle toys, sniff mats, teaching him cute tricks or cool things. Mental stimulation's just as important, if not more so, than physical.

@diamondlil A flirt pole is a great way to exercise them in a short amount of time. Mix in some mental enrichment, like foraging (Snuffle Mats, puzzles, etc), and you'll be good. And don't forget some training sessions! That'll help round things out so he's fulfilled on all sides.
