As the title says, when the 2 dogs are playing together, they often whine at each other while mouthing each other. Is this normal? Both don't seem "happy" with all the whining going on.
@joaa My Labrador sounds like a leaky balloon when he plays with puppies! I think those whining vocalizations may be easier for puppies to understand (and less scary than barks).
