    @kvasas We had a client do this as well. Didn't tell us the poor dog was being euthanized the next day until pick up. My boss was livid that we'd put the poor thing through all that. I think people misunderstand how vastly their pet's "spa day" differs from their own. 😑

    Repeated Calls

    @lettinggo5 This is how we operate as well, almost 100% through text. Between the noise of the shop and having your hands full, answering the phone is just not it. Not to mention texting allows us to handle the inquiries when we have time to do so, rather than at the pet parents' demand.

    What’s y’all’s biggest pet peeve?

    @anton_james Have a client with an absolute demon of a cat that comes for nails. Needs two of us plus an ecollar, someone still usually gets hurt. Brought the cat out to her once, reported only one of us bleeding this time and she says "oh, sorry - did you get them as short as you could?". 😑
