@baotoan I truly cannot figure out what the heck they used! Was it like a chemical peel? A rasp? A razor? And why? This is the most baffling grooming thing I've seen and I've been at this since 2006. Like you said, it seems like some sort of chemical peel, and I've certainly never seen one...
