@unchosen I have to admit, we were terrified at first. It's so awful to think something is wrong with our babies. But we have an amazing vet that listens to us and he adores her. Murphy will be fine, you'll see!
@unchosen He's a gorgeous boy.
My ACD mix has an atypical seizure disorder called Paroxysmal Dyskinesia and while intimidating, he still manages to live his best life. Hang in there, we're all here for you and Murphy.
@sksguy YES! There's a lot of things with my doc that really feels like if they COULD diagnose a dog as such, he would be. (And I am NOT making light of this, should anyone see this and be upset. We've actually looked into it a little and wondered)
@chisel So far, they vary. He's had a couple within a couple of weeks before and he's had them 4 months apart, even a year apart. We haven't yet found anything similar to trigger them.
@tseleng We rescued mine when he was 9 months old. I can NOT get a brush over him. I've tried different ones, i've tried bribing him - it's not happening. He acts like it tickles or something and can't tolerate it. So we sweep or vacuum A LOT.
@chisel Can I pop in? My ACD mix has maybe 1 or 2 a year, they're atypical seizures, and because they're so seldom, his vet and I have agreed to not medicate unless they become much more frequent.
