@dowhat Can't you put a bubble helmet on or a cat muzzle? I don't groom cats anymore, but they are so unpredictable I tried to be proactive.

@arielhuios I worked there for two years. The manager was an asshole. Took in more dogs than we could possibly handle. I cut more dogs there than any place I worked at. We had to constantly answer phones, check dog's in and out, and bathe every dog we groomed or try and persuade the bathers...

@mccra76 They don't! I once alerted a manager that a dog in the back was under distress. Panting and shaking. They didn't do anything until it was too late, and the dog died.

@broken1989 Don't beat yourself up. When I first started, some of my pets needed stitches. I've been grooming over 25 years now and today while shaving inside a schnauzers ear. he jumped, and I scratched it. It happens. As time goes on. it will not happen very often, if ever. It's hard...
