My dog is currently on the Hill's Science Diet h/d formula for heart disease, which is very low sodium. I noticed Royal Canin makes an early cardiac formula for heart disease, but it has "moderate" sodium levels. After some googling it does appear that Royal Canin makes a regular cardiac formula...
